盐酸替罗非班联合肌氨肽苷治疗冠心病合并脑梗死的效果及对神经功能,应激水平和凝血指标的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨盐酸替罗非班、肌氨肽苷治疗冠心病合并脑梗死的效果及对神经功能,应激水平和凝血指标的影响。方法以134例冠心病合并脑梗死患者为对象,分为对照组与观察组。比较两组疗效及凝血、应激指标水平。结果观察组总有效率为97.01%(65/67),高于对照组86.57%(58/67)(P<0.05)。两组治疗后白介素-6(IL-6)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组活化部分凝血活酶时间(aPTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、抗凝血酶(AT)水平均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分降低,Barthel指数(BI)评分升高,观察组变化幅度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸替罗非班、肌氨肽苷治疗冠心病合并脑梗死的疗效理想,可改善神经功能及日常生活能力,可能与改善凝血功能及抑制炎症反应有关。
