村镇尺度农村居民点集约利用评价——以山东省沂南县岸堤镇为例

Evaluation of intensive utilization of rural settlements at village and town scale——Taking Andi Town,Yinan County,Shandong Province as an example

本文选择山东省临沂市沂南县岸堤镇及镇内三个典型村庄作为研究对象,对农村居民点土地的集约利用进行研究。以岸堤镇农村居民点的土地利用现状及社会经济发展状况为依据,选择不同指标构建指标体系,使用特尔菲法和定量评价法对2011—2016年岸堤镇及三个典型村庄农村居民点集约利用状况进行评价,为岸堤镇农村居民点土地集约利用提供可参考的依据,也为农村地区居民点集约利用的研究和实践提供参考。结果表明,岸堤镇农村居民点集约利用水平偏低,且集约度水平相差较大,典型村农村居民点集约度分值整体偏低,三个村集约度分值差异较大。岸堤镇农村居民点集约利用水平整体不高。

This paper selects three typical villages in Andi Town,Yinan County of Linyi City,Shandong Province to study the intensive utilization of rural settlements.Based on the current situation of land utilization and economic development of rural settlements in Andi Town,this paper chooses different indicators to build the index system to evaluate the intensive utilization of rural settlements in Andi Town and its three typical villages from 2011 to 2016,using Delphi method and quantitative evaluation method.The results show that the intensive utilization level of rural residential land in Andi Town is low as a whole,and there is a big difference in the level of intensity.The results are similar when the evaluation scales down towards the village level.That is,the intensity score of rural settlements in typical villages is low,and the intensity score within these three villages has great differences.In short,the overall level of intensive utilization of rural settlements in Andi Town is not high.The results can provide references for the practices of intensive utilization of rural settlements in general and for that of Andi Town more specifically.
