摘要
本文选取居民体验和感受的研究视角,利用问卷调查数据和有序Probit模型分析了青岛市的城镇化质量及其影响因素。结果表明:(1)城镇化质量的总体评价得分为60.40,属于较高水平。(2)空间城镇化质量评价得分最高,其次为社会城镇化和经济城镇化,城乡协调度最低。(3)物价和房价涨幅高导致居民对经济城镇化的评价较低;女性、年龄大的居民对空间城镇化的评价不高,表明城市物质空间建设的包容性有待增强;居住区位变量显著影响社会城镇化和城乡协调性的评价结果,说明公共服务设施在城市内、城乡间分布的均衡性需要进一步提高。
This study utilizes a questionnaire survey and the ordered Probit model to investigate the urbanization quality and its corresponding causes from the residents perspective.The result shows that,overall,the ratings of the quality of urbanization collected from the investigated residents were relatively high(60.40).The evaluation results on different dimensions of urbanization quality shows that spatial urbanization scores the highest,followed by social urbanization,economic urbanization and urban-rural coordination successively.The sharply rising price level,especially the housing price,leads the residents evaluate the economic urbanization very low.Female and elderly residents are less satisfied with spatial urbanization,indicating that the inclusiveness of urban physical space construction needs to be improved.Residential location variables have a significant positive impact on the evaluation of social urbanization and urban-rural coordination,indicating that the gap of public service facilities in urban and rural areas needs to be further narrowed.
