摘要
节镍奥氏体不锈钢具有优异的机械性能、一定的耐蚀性能以及较低的成本,在面板、制品和构件等领域应用广泛。由于其奥氏体相为亚稳定,在热轧时容易出现其他鳞折问题。本文研究了其他鳞折的产生机理,并分析了影响其他鳞折产生的主要影响因素。结果表明,热塑性不良是产生其它鳞折的主要原因,通过热轧工艺的优化可以控制其他鳞折的产生,同时与降氮等改善材料热塑性的措施可以进一步降级其他鳞折产生的风险。
Nickel-saving austenitic stainless steel has excellent mechanical properties, certain corrosion resistance and low cost, and is widely used in panel, products and components. Because its austenite phase is substable, other scale folding problems are easy to occur during hot rolling. In this paper, the mechanism of other scaly folds is studied, and the main influencing factors of other scaly folds are analyzed. The results show that poor thermoplasticity is the main cause of other scaly fold. The optimization of hot rolling process can control the production of other scaly fold, and the measures to improve the thermoplasticity of materials such as nitrogen reduction can further degrade the risk of other scaly fold.
