摘要
通过对高炉入炉含铁炉料进行熔滴性能的试验研究,分析了块矿配比对炉料结构的影响规律,并结合炉料的成本,找出了在当前原料条件下高炉炉料结构的合理搭配为烧结矿(75%)+球团矿(5%~10%)+块矿(15%~20%),为实际生产提供了理论依据。
Experiments were carried out in the lab to analyze the droplet comprehensive performance of iron burden of BF, the influence rule of lump ore ratio on burden structure is analyzed. and combined with the charge cost, It is pointed out that the reasonable collocation of blast furnace burden structure of xinda iron and steel under the current raw material condition is sinter(75%)+pellet(5%~10%)+lump(15%a~20%), It provides theoretical basis for practical production.
