摘要
介绍了通过"EBT+LF+VD+CC+ESR+800初轧机"工艺试制双金属带锯背材用钢DS120的过程。采用Cr、N i、Mo、V的合金成分设计满足了带锯背材耐磨性及热强度的要求。有害元素得到有效控制,保证w[H]≤1.5×10^(-6)、w[O]≤20×10^(-6)、w[N]≤60×10^(-6)、w(P)≤0.012%、w(S)≤0.005%;钢的致密度良好,方钢低倍组织检验满足:中心疏松≤1.0级、中心偏析≤1.0级、内部裂纹及缩孔0级。通过工艺调整,优化了夹杂物的分布,减少了疲劳裂纹的发生,双金属带锯条寿命显著提高。
This paper introduces the process of DS120 with the process of "EBT+LF+VD+ CC +ESR+800 blooming mill". The design of the alloy components of Cr, Ni, Mo and V satisfies the requirements of wear resistance and thermal strength of belt saw back. Harmful elements, the effective control to ensure [H]≤1.5×10^(-6), [O]≤20×10^(-6), [N]≤60×10^(-6), P≤0.012%, S≤0.005% The density of the steel is good, and the results of the test results are satisfied: the center porosity is less than or equal to 1.0, the center segregation is less than or equal to 1.0, internal crack and shrinkage cavity level is zero.Through the process adjustment,the distribution of the inclusions is optimized,the fatigue crack is reduced,and the longevity of the bimetal band saw can be improved effectively.
