采空区瓦斯抽采的数值模拟及工程实践应用

摘要 随着煤矿工作面推进速度的加快,采空区瓦斯治理工作成为了煤炭企业的重点安全工作。史山煤业通过CFD模拟分析,采用工作面顶板高位穿层钻孔、上隅角插管及采空区抽采的方法进行重点区域的瓦斯治理。经计算,9号煤工作面与采空区瓦斯抽采总量预计可达4.2 m^(3)/min和1.3 m^(3)/min,上隅角瓦斯浓度稳定控制在1%,符合煤矿安全规定。 With the acceleration of coal face, gas control in goaf has become the key safety work of coal enterprises. By CFD simulation analysis, the gas treatment in key areas is carried out by drilling holes, intubation in upper corner and drainage in goaf. The calculation shows that the total amount of gas drainage in No.9 coal face and goaf is expected to reach 4.2 m^(3)/min and 1.3 m^(3)/min, and the gas concentration in the upper corner is stably controlled at 1%, which conforms to the coal mine safety regulations.
