摘要
主要介绍了冗余PLC控制系统在制氢站的应用,基于目前运行设备基础和生产工艺,从控制系统高稳定性、高可靠性出发,设计一套整体解决方案,利用西门子S7-400冗余控制技术实现控制电源、CPU、网络通讯的冗余功能,同时具备远程监控的能力。
This paper mainly introduces the application of redundant PLC control system in hydrogen production station. Based on the current operation equipment foundation and production process, a set of overall solution is designed from the high stability and high reliability of the control system. Using Siemens S7-400 redundancy control technology to control power supply, CPU, network communication redundancy function, and has the ability of remote monitoring.
