摘要
针对掌石沟煤矿主斜井过黄沙土破碎带期间,巷道顶板破碎严重、支护难度大、巷道掘进速度慢等技术难题,掌石沟煤矿通过技术研究,决定采用光面爆破施工工艺过破碎带,并对破碎带巷道围岩采取"管式前探超前临时支护+架设U29型钢棚+二次喷砼"等联合支护技术,通过实际应用效果来看,采取合理的掘进工艺后,巷道掘进速度提高至3.6 m/d,采取联合支护技术后有效控制了破碎区围岩冒落、片帮、下沉等现象,保证了巷道安全快速掘进,取得了显著应用成效。
In view of the technical problems such as serious roof breakage, difficult support and slow tunneling speed during the main inclined shaft of Zhangshigou coal mine, Zhangshigou coal mine has decided to adopt smooth blasting construction technology to break the belt through technical research, and adopted the combined support technology such as "pipe front exploration advance temporary support and erection of U29 steel shed secondary shotcrete" to the surrounding rock of broken zone roadway. According to the practical application effect,the tunneling speed of roadway is increased to 3.6 m/d, After adopting the combined support technology, the phenomena of rock fall, slab and subsidence in the broken area are effectively controlled, and the safe and rapid excavation of roadway is ensured, and remarkable application results are obtained.
