摘要
退火炉是冷轧连退和镀锌线上的最重要设备,炉内带钢跑偏很容易导致产线降速、停机甚至刮炉墙断带,是制约炉区高速稳定运行的最大问题之一。通过对退火炉内纠偏控制系统构成及工作原理研究,炉内带钢跑偏原因分析,指出了现有纠偏控制算法的不足,提出了一种降低炉内带钢跑偏停机的控制方法,应用于生产现场效果良好,减少了事故量。
Annealing furnace is the most important equipment on cold rolling and galvanizing line. The deviation of strip steel in furnace can easily lead to the speed reduction, shutdown and even the breaking of furnace wall,which is one of the biggest problems restricting the high speed and stable operation of furnace area. Through the research on the structure and working principle of the deviation correction control system in the annealing furnace and the analysis of the causes of the strip deviation in the furnace, the shortcomings of the existing correction control algorithm are pointed out, and a control method to reduce the deviation and shutdown of the strip in the furnace is put forward.
