采煤机摇臂运行状态监测系统的应用研究

摘要 针对目前采煤机摇臂在高强度工作条件下容易出现故障、人工排查效率低,严重影响井下综采作业稳定性的情况。提出了一种采煤机摇臂运行状态监测系统,利用传感器设备对运行时的状态进行实时监测,通过对运行状态的分析,确定采煤机摇臂的工作稳定性,并快速确定故障源。根据实际应用表明该运行状态监测系统能够快速、精确的对采煤机摇臂的工作状态进行判断、及时发出预警并锁定故障源,使采煤机停机维护时间降低了74.3%以上,平均故障排除时间降低了86.4%,显著提升了采煤机运行的稳定性和安全性。 At present, the rocker arm of shearer is prone to failure under high strength working conditions, and the efficiency of manual checking is low, which seriously affects the stability of fully mechanized mining operation in underground. A monitoring system of shearer rocker arm running state is proposed. The sensor equipment is used to monitor the running state in real time. Through the analysis of the running state, the working stability of shearer rocker arm is determined, and the fault source is determined quickly. According to the practical application, the system can quickly and accurately judge the working state of the shearer rocker arm, issue early warning and lock the fault source in time, reduce the downtime of shearer by more than 74.3%, and reduce the average troubleshooting time by 86.4%, which significantly improves the stability and safety of shearer operation.
