Optimization and Transformation of Management System between Hot Rolling Roll

轧辊对热轧产品表面质量以及板型起着重要的影响作用。本文对轧辊间所使用的管理系统进行改造,实现自动因材备辊,备辊数据不落地,对轧辊调度计划管理、轧辊位置进行统一管理发挥其管理效益,通过数据统计分析对板型的影响程度进行分析。

The roll plays an important role in the surface quality and plate shape of hot rolled products. In this paper, the management system used in the roll room is reformed to realize the automatic roll preparation.The management benefit of roll scheduling plan and roll position is brought into full play, and the influence degree of plate shape is analyzed by statistical analysis of data.
