Problems and Solutions of Classroom Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

《国家职业教育改革实施方案》的出台,为高职教育的发展指明了方向。课堂教学质量对提高人才培养质量起关键作用,是确保高职院校长期稳定发展的基础条件。从高职院校的生源、教学条件、人才培养管理制度三个方面,分析了高职课堂教学存在的问题,从加强教学对象分析、提升教师素质、营造良好课堂氛围、注重教学反思等角度给出了相应的解决方法和改进措施。

The Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform has pointed out the direction for the development of higher vocational education.The quality of classroom teaching plays a key role in improving talents training quality,and is the basic condition to ensure the long-term stable development of higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the classroom teaching of higher vocational colleges from three aspects:the source of students,teaching conditions and talents training management system,and puts forward the corresponding solutions and improvement measures from the perspectives of strengthening the analysis of teaching objects,improving the quality of teachers,creating a good classroom atmosphere,and paying attention to teaching reflection,etc.
