旅游开发背景下的古民居改造客栈策略和方法研究——以建水琴鹤堂为例

Research on the Strategies and Methods of the Transformation of Ancient Dwellings into Inns Under the Background of Tourism Development——Taking Jianshui Qinhe Hall as an Example

以建水旅游开发为背景,在将古民居改造为酒店并保护民居的同时,也为旅游增加新的机遇和文化内涵。通过研究建水琴鹤堂的文化内涵、空间布局和景观特色,着重探索了琴鹤堂的改造要点。从将部分房间改造成公共交流空间、原始景观的保留和改造、民居改造客房和展示厅等方面展开了分析,深入探讨了古民居改造客栈的方法和策略。并结合客户评价分析,指出了古民居改造客栈存在的问题和不足。以供参考。

Under the background of Jianshui tourism development,the transformation of ancient residential hotels not only protects the residential buildings,but also adds new opportunities and cultural connotation for tourism.By studying the cultural connotation,spatial layout and landscape characteristics of Jianshui Qinhe hall,this paper focuses on the transformation points of Qinhe hall.This paper analyzes the transformation of some rooms into public communication space,the preservation and transformation of the original landscape,the transformation of guest rooms and exhibition halls.The methods and strategies of the transformation of ancient residential inns are deeply explored.Combined with customer evaluation and analysis,the paper summarizes the problems and shortcomings of the transformation of the ancient residential inns.
