摘要
指出了高职院校的内涵建设的水平取决于师资队伍的状况,而师资队伍建设的重点则是青年教师的培养。依据高职学校的工作职能,教师的职责涉及到教育教学、科学研究、社会服务等众多范畴,因此,青年教师的培养需要学校从整体做好青年教师成长规划,多个部门协同工作。结合教师的成长阶段和工作岗位内容提出了“三阶段,六维度”青年教师培养体系,通过阐述该体系的内涵、协同模式、考核与评价机制、保障机制,分享建设经验,为师资队伍建设提供参考。
The level of connotation construction in higher vocational colleges depends on the condition of teacher staff,but the focus of the construction of the teaching staff is the training of young teachers.According to the working functions of Higher Vocational College,the duties of teachers involve many fields such as education,scientific research,social service,etc.Therefore,the cultivation of young teachers needs the whole school to do a good job in the growth planning of young teachers,and work by multiple departments together.According to the teacher's growing stage and the job content,the"three stages,six dimensions"young teacher training system is established.The connotation of the system,the mode of coordination,the mechanism of assessment and evaluation and the guarantee mechanism are expounded in the text.The construction experiences are shared in order to provide the reference for the construction of the teaching staff.
