基于新时期国家职业教育与水利人才发展现状,从教学资源库的建设思路、建设目标、建设内容、建设举措与建设成效几个方面探讨了水利工程专业教学资源库的建设过程与应用,通过建设水利工程专业教学资源库,推动了线上线下混合式教学、过程加结果、教育加教学的教学考核评价改革。
