摘要
以湖南省第七届大学生结构设计竞赛纸质模型制作为例,研究了纸质试件的截面几何特性、长细比、含水率以及制作方法对设计极限抗压承载力的影响。通过利用改装过的HC-MD60高精度铆钉拉拔仪进行试验,试验结果表明:试件极限抗压承载力在厚度一定时与内径成反比,在内径相同时与厚度呈正相关,与长细比的平方成反比;承载力随着含水率减小而增大,在1%含水率附近接近峰值,之后不再随含水率减小而出现明显变化,只在末端处涂胶的承载力更大,自重更轻。
Taking the paper model making of the 7th Structural Design Competition for college students in Hunan Province as an example,this paper discusses the influences of the geometric properties of cross section,slenderness,moisture content and making method on the ultimate compressive bearing capacity.By testing the modified HC-MD60 high-precision rivet puller,the result shows that the ultimate compressive bearing capacity of specimens is inversely proportional to the diameter at a certain thickness,positively correlated to the thickness when the inner diameter is the same,and inversely proportional to the square of the aspect ratio and increases with the decrease of water content,but it does not change significantly with the decrease of water content after it is near the peak value of 1%.Specimens coated with PVAc only at the end have a greater bearing capacity and lighter dead weight.
