广州地区中学阶段馆校合作的现状及策略研究

摘要 博物馆与学校合作开展教育活动是实施素质教育的重要手段。本研究通过对广州地区开展过馆校合作活动的博物馆及中学进行调查,从主导者、参与者、教学内容和开展形式四个方面进行分析,得出广州地区中学阶段馆校合作的开展特点。影响广州地区中学阶段馆校合作开展的因素包括学校存在升学和安全方面的顾虑、博物馆专业人才建设不足及政府相关政策落实不到位等。基于此,广州地区应出台具体政策,扶持和建设官方合作交流平台,打造"线上+线下"的博物馆课程平台,培养优秀的交叉型人才,以推动馆校合作活动走向体系化与常规化。 The cooperation between museums and schools in educational activities is an important means to implement quality-oriented education.Based on the survey of museums and secondary schools which have carried out museum-school cooperation activities in Guangzhou,this study demonstrated the characteristics of museum-school cooperation in high schools in Guangzhou from four aspects:leaders,participants,teaching content and development form.The factors that affect the museum-school cooperation in middle schools in Guangzhou include concerns about school enrollment and safety,insufficient construction of museum professionals and inadequate implementation of relevant government policies.In summary,Guangzhou should introduce specific policies,support and build official cooperation and exchange platform,and build"online and offline"museum curriculum platform,cultivate excellent crossover talents,and promote the formation of systematization and regularization of museum-school cooperation activities.
