On Vitality Construction of the Party Organizations among College Students

充满生机活力是我们党与生俱来的自我要求,加强基层党组织活力建设既是新时代党的建设的重要内容,也是高校培养堪当大任的时代新人的重要途径。当前高校学生党组织在活力建设上存在重党员教育管理轻群众组织引领、重任务落实轻主动拓展、重理论学习轻实践服务等倾向。加强和改进高校学生党组织活力建设,需坚持以高校为主导、以学生党组织为主角、以激发大学生党员的积极性创造性为前提和基础,坚持以理想信念教育涵养活力,以制度机制建设激发活力,以实际行动作为诠释活力,以党内政治生活砥砺活力。

Being full of vitality is the inherent self-requirement of the Communist Party of China.To strengthen vitality construction of grass-roots Party organizations is not only an important part of Party building in the new era,but also an important means for colleges and universities to train new people able to take on great responsibility in the era.At present,some college student Party organizations tend to lay emphasis on the education of Party members rather than the guidance of mass organizations,attach importance to task implementation rather than initiative development and attach importance to theory study rather than practice service.To strengthen and improve vitality construction of student Party organizations in colleges and universities,there is need to insist on taking colleges and universities as the leading role,student party organizations as the protagonist,stimulating the enthusiasm and creativity of college student party members as the premise and basis,and insist on cultivating the vitality with ideal and belief education,stimulating the vitality with system and mechanism construction,interpreting the vitality with practical actions and sharpening the vitality with inner-party political life.
