供应链金融是金融机构将核心企业和上下游企业联系起来以降低风险,提供灵活融资服务的融资模式,成为近年来金融研究的重点、热点问题,且具有较大的发展空间。随着云计算和大数据的发展,我国供应链金融已迈上三个台阶,供应链金融的主导者不再仅仅是银行,同时也包括核心企业和信息化服务平台公司。未来,区块链供应链金融、互联网供应链金融和整体授信供应链金融是供应链金融的主要创新方向。青岛市应在完善法律体系,加大政策扶持,建立供应链金融网络平台和生态圈,打通金融机构参与路径,加强信息共享,提升业务监管水平等方面加强建设与创新。

Supply chain finance is a financing model in which financial institutions link core companies with upstream and downstream companies to reduce risks and provide flexible financing services.It has become a focus and hot issue in financial research in recent years and has a large space for development.With the development of cloud computing and big data,my country′s supply chain finance has stepped up three steps.The leader of supply chain finance is no longer just commercial banks,but also includes core enterprises and informationized service platform companies.In the future,block chain supply chain finance,Internet supply chain finance and overall credit supply chain finance will be the main innovation directions of supply chain finance.Qingdao should strengthen the construction and innovation in improving the legal system,increasing policy support,establishing the supply chain financial network platform and ecosystem,opening up the participation path of financial institutions,strengthening information sharing,and improving the level of business supervision.
