山东省高中教育与区域经济协调发展对策研究——基于空间一致性统计分析

Research on Countermeasures for the Coordinated Development of Senior High School Education and Regional Economy in Shandong Province——Based on a Statistical Analysis of Space Consistency

摘要 山东省作为国家新旧动能转换综合试验区,人力资源的基础性作用愈发凸显。通过构建空间一致性数理统计模型分析发现:普通高中空间一致性程度上升,中职学校则有所下降,且地区间“马太效应”较为明显;普通高中空间一致性总体表现出“增强-不变-减弱”的格局,中职学校则为“减弱-减弱-增强”;高中教育与经济水平的空间偏离度较高,没有明显协调发展趋势,且中职学校波动显著高于普通高中。基于此,高中阶段教育布局和发展方式应当进一步优化,区域发展评价标准应当突出差异化,中等职业教育发展应当继续加强。 Shandong province,as a national comprehensive experimental area for the conversion of old driving forces to the new,plays an increasingly prominent basic role in human resources.By building a spatial consistency mathematical statistical model,this paper finds that the spatial consistency of ordinary senior high schools increases,while the level of secondary vocational school declines,and the“Matthew effect”among regions is relatively obvious.The overall pattern of spatial consistency of ordinary senior high schools shows“enhancement-invariability-weakening”,while the secondary vocational school shows“weakening-weakening-strengthening”.The spatial deviation between senior high school education and economic level is high,and there is no obvious trend of coordinated development,and the fluctuation of secondary vocational education is significantly higher than that of ordinary senior high school.Shandong province should further optimize the layout and development mode of senior high school education,pay attention to the establishment of differentiated regional development evaluation criteria for senior high school education,and strengthen the development of secondary vocational education.
