自体富血小板血浆治疗糖尿病足溃疡临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Autologous Platelet-rich Plasma in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcer

目的对糖尿病足溃疡患者采取自体富血小板血浆治疗,观察实际疗效。方法对2018年6月—2019年6月间在该院进行治疗的60例糖尿病足溃疡患者进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方案的不同分为治疗组(n=30)及对照组(n=30)。对照组以常规方法治疗,治疗组以自体富血小板血浆治疗,对比两组患者总有效率、愈合时间以及不良反应率。结果治疗组总有效率(96.67%)较对照组(73.33%)更高,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030)。治疗组愈合时间短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(t=5.578,P=0.001);治疗组肉芽组织覆盖率高于对照组、肉芽组织生长厚度厚于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应率(6.67%)较对照组(26.67%)更低,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038)。结论在糖尿病足溃疡治疗期间以自体富血小板血浆治疗可获得较好的治疗效果,可加速创面愈合,且不良反应较少,值得推广。

Objective To treat patients with diabetic foot ulcer with autologous platelet-rich plasma to observe the actual effect.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 patients with diabetic foot ulcers treated in the hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30)according to different treatment options.The control group was treated with conventional methods,and the treatment group was treated with autologous platelet-rich plasma.The total effective rate,healing time and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate(96.67%)of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.706,P=0.030).The healing time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(t=5.578,P=0.001);the coverage of granulation tissue in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the growth thickness of granulation tissue was thicker than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate of the treatment group(6.67%)was lower than that of the control group(26.67%),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P=0.038).Conclusion During the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers,autologous platelet-rich plasma treatment can achieve better therapeutic effects,can accelerate wound healing,and has fewer adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
