缬沙坦联合达格列净对早期糖尿病肾病尿蛋白及肾功能影响

The Effect of Valsartan Combined with Dapagliflozin on Urine Protein and Renal Function in Early Diabetic Nephropathy

目的研究缬沙坦联合达格列净对2型糖尿病肾病尿蛋白及肾功能影响。方法选取2019年12月—2020年12月坊子区人民医院66例2型糖尿病肾病患者,采用随机摸球法进行分组,每组33例。对照组接受缬沙坦治疗,观察组接受缬沙坦联合达格列净治疗,观察其对尿蛋白及肾功能的影响。结果观察组各项肾功能指标、治疗效果、血糖及血脂水平、炎症因子均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为2型糖尿病肾病患者予以缬沙坦联合达格列净治疗,可改善患者尿蛋白、肾功能、血糖指标,提高治疗效果。

Objective To study the effect of valsartan combined with dapagliflozin on urine protein and renal function in type 2 diabetic nephropathy.Methods From December 2019 to December 2020,66 patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy in the People's Hospital of Fangzi District were selected and randomly divided into groups,33 cases in each group.The control group received valsartan treatment,and the observation group received valsartan combined with dapagliflozin to observe its effects on urine protein and renal function.Results The observation group's various renal function indexes,therapeutic effects,blood glucose and blood lipid levels,and inflammatory factors were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of valsartan combined with dapagliflozin for patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy can improve the patient's urine protein,renal function,blood glucose and improve the therapeutic effect.
