黄芪、紫锥菊、当归等中药组方对鸡免疫功能的影响

Effects of Chinese Herbal Formulae such as Radix Astragali,Echinacea,Angelica on Immune Function of Chickens

试验分5组,每组30只鸡雏,自由采食、饮水,7日龄用鸡新城疫弱毒疫苗进行免疫。1组饲料不加药物,2组在饲料中加盐酸左旋咪唑粉(0.1 g/kg),3、4组和5组在饲料中分别加入(5、10 g/kg和15 g/kg)复方中药,连续喂28 d。在28日龄,采用血凝(HA)和血凝抑制(HI)试验检测中药对NDV抗体效价的影响;采用称重法检测中药对免疫器官指数的影响;采用MTT法检测中药对鸡脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响;采用ELISA法检测中药对鸡脾淋巴细胞分泌IL-4和TNF-α的影响。结果表明,复方中药组能够提高NDV抗体效价,促进免疫器官发育,刺激淋巴细胞增殖,诱导细胞因子的分泌。表明中药组方能够提高机体的免疫功能。

Each group of 30 chicks were free to take drinking water.At the age of 7 days,they were im⁃munized with the attenuated vaccine against Newcastle disease.The operation was carried out according to the vaccine instructions,and the dosage was doubled according to the instructions.No drugs were add⁃ed to feed in group 1,Levamisole hydrochloride powder(0.1 g/kg)was added to feed in group 2,and(5,10 g/kg and 15 g/kg)compound traditional Chinese medicine were added to diet in groups 3,4 and group 5,respectively.The effect of traditional Chinese medicine on NDV antibody titer was detected by HA and HI after continuous feeding for 28 days.Weighing method was used to detect the influence of Traditional Chinese medicine on immune organ index.MTT assay was used to detect the effect of Tradi⁃tional Chinese medicine on proliferation of chicken spleen lymphocytes.ELISA was used to detect the ef⁃fects of Chinese herbs on the secretion of IL-4 and TNF-αby chicken spleen lymphocytes.Results:the compound Chinese medicine group could increase the titer of NDV antibody,promote the development of immune organs,stimulate lymphocyte proliferation and induce cytokine secretion.The results showed that the TCM formula could improve the immune function of the body.
