^(137)Csγ射线对绿豆种子诱变效应及适宜诱变剂量探讨 被引量:1

摘要 为了探索^(137)Csγ射线辐照绿豆的适宜诱变剂量,用^(137)Csγ射线对6个绿豆品种(晋绿豆2号(绿种皮)、晋绿豆3号(绿种皮)、苏绿5号(绿种皮)、黄绿豆(黄种皮)、冀黑绿0506(黑种皮)和冀绿13号(绿种皮))的干种子进行200、300、400、500、700、900 Gy辐照处理,分析不同剂量的^(137)Csγ射线对绿豆幼苗的辐射效应。结果发现,不同辐照剂量^(137)Csγ射线处理对绿豆干种子发芽影响不明显;但高剂量能明显抑制幼苗的苗高和根长,估算的绿皮绿豆平均半致矮剂量(HD50)为784 Gy,估算的适宜诱变剂量为600~1000 Gy,黄种皮绿豆、冀黑绿0506半致矮剂量分别为1572、899 Gy。研究结果表明,在绿豆辐射诱变育种中,为了提高突变频率,同等剂量范围内最好选择绿种皮绿豆作为诱变亲本。 To explore the suitable dosage of^(137)Csγ-ray on mung bean,dry seeds of six kinds of mung beans(Jinlüdou 2,Jinlüdou 3,Sulü5,Yellow mung bean,Jiheilü0506 and Jilü13)were irradiated by using^(137)Csγ-rays with 200,300,400,500,700,900 Gy,the radiation effects on seedlings were analyzed.The results showed that it was found that the mung beans treated with different doses had no obvious inhibition on germination rate compared with the CK,while the higher doses had obvious inhibition on seedling height and root length.The average half height dose(HD50)was 784 Gy,and the optimum dose was 600-1000 Gy for seeds with green episperm.The HD50 were 1572,899 Gy for seeds with yellow and black episperm,respectively.The suitable dosage of^(137)Csγ-ray was similar to that of 60Coγ-ray in radiation mutation breeding for mung bean.The results show that in mutation breeding of mung bean by radiation,to increase the mutation frequency,it is better to choose the seeds with green episperm as the mutagenesis parent.
