摘要
为探索外源褪黑素对黄瓜幼苗生长的影响,培育高品质的黄瓜幼苗,以新泰密刺黄瓜为试验材料,研究不同外源褪黑素浓度(0(CK)、50、100、150、200μmol/L)对黄瓜幼苗生长指标、光合色素含量和抗氧化酶活性等相关指标的影响。结果表明,黄瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶长和叶宽在褪黑素处理后7、10、15、20 d呈现逐渐增长趋势,外源褪黑素浓度为100、150μmol/L时幼苗增长较显著;外源褪黑素浓度为100μmol/L时,黄瓜幼苗的SOD、POD活性较对照分别提高6.0%、8.4%,差异达到显著水平;黄瓜幼苗的CAT活性较对照提高5.6%,脯氨酸含量较对照提高2.6%,但差异均不显著;在100μmol/L褪黑素处理下,超氧阴离子含量较对照降低31%,可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量较对照分别提高32.6%和22.6%,差异均达显著水平;黄瓜幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量、总黄酮含量和总酚含量在褪黑素浓度为100、150μmol/L时显著高于对照。当褪黑素浓度为100、150μmol/L时,对黄瓜幼苗的生长影响较大。
To explore the effect of exogenous melatonin on the growth of cucumber seedlings and cultivate higher-quality cucumber seedlings,the experiment used Xintaimici cucumber as the material,and measured and analyzed the growth index,photosynthetic pigment content and antioxidant enzyme activity and other related indexes of cucumber seedlings under different exogenous melatonin concentrations(0(CK),50,100,150,200μmol/L)treatment.The results showed that the plant height,stem thickness,leaf length and leaf width of cucumber seedlings gradually increased at 7,10,15,20 d after melatonin treatment.When the concentration of exogenous melatonin treatment was 100μmol/L and 150μmol/L,the seedling grew more significantly.When the concentration of exogenous melatonin treatment was 100μmol/L,the SOD and POD activities of cucumber seedlings were 6%and 8.4%higher than those of the control,respectively,and their differences reached a significant level.The CAT activity of cucumber seedlings was 5.6%higher than that of the control,proline content was 2.6%higher than the control,and the difference was not significant.Under the treatment of 100μmol/L melatonin,the content of superoxide anion was 31%lower than that of the control,and the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar increased by 32.6%and 22.6%compared with the control,the difference was significant.The chlorophyll content,total flavonoids and total phenols of cucumber seedlings was significantly higher than the control group when the melatonin treatment concentration was 100μmol/L and 150μmol/L.Therefore,when the melatonin treatment concentrations were 100μmol/L and 150μmol/L,it had great influence on the growth of cucumber seedlings.
