核桃青皮主要功能成分变化规律

Analysis on the Change Law of Main Functional Components in Walnut Green Husk

摘要 核桃青皮资源不但可以成为核桃产业新的经济增长点,还可以减轻由于核桃青皮不合理处置产生的环境污染。为了合理利用核桃青皮资源,结合高效液相色谱和传统生化检测方法研究了核桃青皮生物活性物质种类及其在整个生长发育过程中核桃青皮中总醌、总酚及多糖含量的变化规律。结果表明,总醌、总酚和多糖含量在快速膨大中期(6月15日)至硬壳初期(7月1日)之间增长缓慢;随着核桃的生长发育,核桃青皮中多糖含量于7月15日首先达到最大值,之后总醌和总酚含量分别在7月30日和8月15日达到最高;随着核桃生长中心向核桃仁的转变,核桃青皮功能成分的含量均显著降低并在核桃完全成熟之后降到最低。研究可为进一步研究核桃青皮功能成分的转移转化规律提供理论基础,同时为核桃青皮的合理利用提供理论依据。 Walnut green husk can not only become a new economic growth point of walnut industry,but also reduce the environmental pollution caused by unreasonable disposal of walnut green husk.To make rational use of walnut green husk resources,this study combined with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)and traditional biochemical detection methods to study the various of bioactive substances in walnut green husk and the changes of total juglone,total phenolics and polysaccharides in walnut green husk during the whole growth and development process.The results showed that the contents of total juglone,total phenols and polysaccharides increased slowly from the middle stage of rapid expansion(June 15)to the early stage of hard shell(July 1).The content of polysaccharide in walnut green husk reached the maximum on July 15,then the content of total juglone and total phenol reached the maximum on July 30 and August 15,respectively.With the transformation of walnut growth center to walnut kernel,the content of functional components in walnut green husk decreased significantly,and reached the minimum when walnut was fully mature.This study could provide a theoretical basis for further study on the transfer and transformation of functional components of walnut green husk,and also provide a theoretical basis for rational utilization of walnut green husk.
