摘要
利用相关分析及模糊数学隶属函数法对18个马铃薯品种(系)的营养品质和经济性状进行了综合评价,并根据其特性提出应用建议,旨在为马铃薯优质高产品种的选育及应用提供参考依据。结果表明,产量等经济性状与各营养品质之间无明显相关性,马铃薯产量与单株结薯数及单株块茎质量均呈极显著正相关(r=0.624^(**),r=0.739^(**));单株结薯数与单株块茎质量呈极显著正相关(r=0.610^(**)),与商品薯率呈极显著负相关(r=-0.762^(**));干物质含量、淀粉含量、蛋白质含量之间存在极显著的正相关,三者与还原糖含量均呈显著负相关。根据隶属函数值把参试品种(系)分为4级,其中,优质高产品系2个,即12026-2和1611-5,适合淀粉或油炸加工应用;优良品种(系)6个,即1518-10、同薯29号、1633-4、1529-1、11044-16和1612-11,可作为鲜食或淀粉加工品种应用。
In this experiment,the nutritional quality and economic traits of 18 potato varieties(lines)were evaluated by using correlation analysis and fuzzy mathematical affiliation function method,and application suggestions were made according to their characteristics,aiming to provide a reference basis for the selection and application of high quality and high yielding potato varieties.The results showed that there was no significant correlation between economic traits such as yield and nutritional quality.There was a significant positive correlation between potato yield and tuber number and tuber quality per plant(r=0.624^(^(**)),r=0.739^(^(**))).Tuber number per plant was also significant positive correlation with tuber yield per plant(r=0.610^(^(**))),but was highly significant negative correlation with the rate of commercial potatoes(r=-0.762^(^(**))).There was a very significantly positive correlation between dry matter content,starch content,and protein content,and there was significantly negative correlation with reducing sugar content.According to the subordinative function value,the tested varieties(lines)were divided into 4 levels.2 high-quality and high-product lines named 12026-2,1611-5 were selected,which were suitable for starch or frying processing;6 excellent varieties(lines),1518-10,Tongshu 29,1633-4,1529-1,11044-16 and 1612-11,which can be used as fresh food or starch processing varieties.
