应用型本科食品专业导师制教改探索与实践——以郑州科技学院食品专业为例 被引量:5

摘要 为探索应用型本科院校食品专业人才培养模式,郑州科技学院食品科学与工程、食品质量与安全专业进行了教学改革,推行了本科生导师制,通过三年的实践,激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的自主学习积极性,并在科研竞赛和升学考研等方面取得显著成效,对培养应用型本科食品专业人才具有一定的参考价值。 In order to explore the talent training model for food majors in applied undergraduate colleges,Zhengzhou University of Science and Technology had carried out teaching reforms in food science and engineering,food quality and safety majors,and implemented a tutor system for undergraduates.Through three years of practice,students’interesting in learning had been stimulated,students’enthusiasm for independent learning had been improved.And it had achieved remarkable results in scientific research competitions and entrance examinations,providing a certain reference value for cultivating applied undergraduate talents in the food discipline.
