摘要
对食品生产企业检验控制情况的检查,一直是食品生产监管中的薄弱环节,为使监管检查人员规范检查内容、检查方法,提升检查质量,对食品生产监管中检验部分检查规范进行了探讨,有助于对提升监管水平、夯实食品安全。
It has always been a weak link in the supervision of food production enterprises about their Inspection of control status.In order to standardize the inspection contents and methods of supervision inspectors and improve the inspection quality,this paper conducts a preliminary study on the inspection standards of inspection part in the supervision of food production,in the hope of helping to improve the supervision level and tamp down the food safety.
