The era of big data has come,and the widespread use of network technology,represented by"Big data,Internet of Things,Mobile Internet,Cloud Computing",has had a new impact on the development of archives management in colleges and universities.In the era of big data,the realization of lean management of archives in colleges and universities has become a comprehensive subject.Under this background,on the basis of summarizing the traditional experience of archives management,we should improve the institutionalization,standardization and leanness of archives management in colleges and universities by constructing and perfecting the system,strengthening the use of technology,reducing the management costs and improving the management efficiency.Therefore,we can comprehensively improve the lean management of archives in colleges and universities.
