摘要 水基液体分散染料具有节能减排和低环境污染的优势,而静态放置稳定性是影响其应用性能的重要指标。文章为了得到快速评价液体分散染料放置稳定性的方法,研究了不同液体染料的剪切流动性、温度流变性和水稀释吸光度变化与其放置稳定性之间的关系。结果表明,黏度增加温度(T 0值)和水稀释吸光度变化率(A 10)可作为快速评价液体染料稳定性的指标,T 0值>55℃,A 10<10%,且剪切应力和剪切速率呈一元线性关系的假塑性或塑性液体染料,其静态放置稳定性超过1年;而离心稳定性和热放置稳定性并不能反映出液体分散染料静态放置稳定性的优劣。 Storage stability is an important index that affects the application performance of water-based liquid disperse dyes which have obvious advantages of energy saving,emission reduction and low environmental pollution.The relationship between the shear fluidity,temperature rheological property and water dilution absorbance of liquid dye and its storage stability were studied,so as to quickly evaluate the storage stability of liquid disperse dyes.The results have shown that the viscosity increased temperature(T 0)and water dilution absorbance change rate(A 10)can be used as indicators for rapid evaluation of liquid dye stability.For pseudoplastic or plastic liquid dyes,when the value of T 0 was greater than 55℃and A 10 less than 10%,and the shear stress and shear rate are linearly correlated,the stable storage time of liquid disperse dyes could be more than 1 year.Meanwhile,the stability of centrifugal and thermal storage cannot reflect the advantages and disadvantages of regular storage.
