运动压力袜编织参数与压力关系的研究 被引量:2

摘要 为深入研究编织运动压力袜时各个参数对其压力的影响,文章首先根据运动压力袜常用原料、袜机的构造特点及相应软件的可设计性,确定原料、组织、橡筋线送纱速度三个参数,然后设计了144组运动压力袜袜筒实验样品,并进行弹性回复率和压力测试,最后利用SPSS软件进行分析。得出结论:编织时提高橡筋线送纱速度,会增加单位时间内送纱量,使得织物下机之后比较松弛,因此运动压力袜的橡筋线送纱速度和压力值呈负相关;织物弹性回复率和压力值呈正相关;进一步统计分析得到压力与纱线模量、织物弹性回复率、橡筋线送纱速度的回归方程,在实际生产过程中可以预测运动压力袜的压力值,减少工序节约成本。 In order to deeply study the influence of various parameters on the pressure of knitted sports compression socks,the raw material,weave,and elastic yarn feeding speed were determined according to the common raw materials of sports compression socks,the structural characteristics of the hosiery machine,and the designability of the corresponding software.Then,144 groups of test samples of sports compression sock tubes were designed,and elastic recovery rate and pressure test were carried out.Finally,SPSS software was used for analysis.It is concluded that the increase of elastic yarn feeding speed during knitting would increase yarn feeding amount in the unit time,making fabric loose.Thus,the elastic yarn feeding speed is negatively correlated with the pressure value,and the elastic recovery rate of the fabric is positively correlated with the pressure value.Through the further statistical analysis,the regression equation of pressure and yarn modulus,elastic recovery rate and elastic yarn feeding speed was obtained.In practical production process,the pressure value of sports compression socks can be forecasted to reduce the process and save cost.
