There are many kinds of patent applications related to biological sequences,and many of which cannot obtain applicable cited relevant documents through conventional retrieval methods.During the retrieval process,it was found that the choice of database and artificial intervention have a great impact on the quality and efficiency of biological sequence retrieval.Therefore,through the analysis of actual cases,this article discusses the choice of appropriate database and the method of artificial intervention,to improve the quality and efficiency of biological sequence retrieval.
