摘要 涉及生物序列的专利申请多种多样,很多无法通过常规检索方法获得合适的对比文件。在检索过程中,发现数据库的选择和干预检索对生物序列检索质量和效率具有较大影响,因此,本文通过对实际案例进行分析,讨论了合适数据库的选择以及干预检索的方式,以期为提高生物序列检索质量和效率提供帮助。 There are many kinds of patent applications related to biological sequences,and many of which cannot obtain applicable cited relevant documents through conventional retrieval methods.During the retrieval process,it was found that the choice of database and artificial intervention have a great impact on the quality and efficiency of biological sequence retrieval.Therefore,through the analysis of actual cases,this article discusses the choice of appropriate database and the method of artificial intervention,to improve the quality and efficiency of biological sequence retrieval.
