中医院中医特色护理教育的现状与思考

Current situation and thinking of TCM characteristic nursing education in TCM hospitals

本文就中医院中医特色护理教育的现状进行梳理,就其中存在的问题提出相应的思考,并指出中医院应创新培养模式,建设结构合理且校院互补的师资队伍,设置内容合理的中医特色护理教育体系并给予经济和政策方面的全方位支持。

This article combs the current situation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)characteristic nursing education in TCM hospitals,and puts forward corresponding thoughts on the existing problems.Moreover,this article points out that TCM hospitals should innovate the training model,build a team of teachers with a reasonable structure and complementary schools,set up a reasonable content of TCM characteristic nursing education system,and provide comprehensive economic and policy support.
