THE N TEST OF GEOLOGICAL SERVEY SAMPLE WITH AUTOMATIC KJELDAHL N TESTER

通过对海能-K1160全自动凯式定氮仪原设置的工作参数进行优化,主要是将稀释水从20 mL调整为100mL,吸收液从15 mL改为20mL,空管蒸馏数据测定至0.07mL以下,连续三个数据的极差小于0.01mL以后,再按照仪器工作条件对地质调查中样品全氮量的测定,其测定结果相对标准偏差在1.19%~7.02%,检出限0.0007%,准确度(△LgC)达0.003-0.028。这些指标均能满足测试的相关规范要求。

We have improved the original working parameter of Hainen-K1160 automatic N tester,mainly dilute water adjusted to 100ml from 20ml,absorbing liquid to20ml from 15ml,empty tube distillation data to below 0.07ml,N content of geological sample is tested according to the work conditions of tester after less than 0.01ml of continuous 3 data limit difference.The relative standard deviation 1.19-7.02%of test result,detection limit 0.007%,accuracy(△LgC)0.003-0.028,which can meet the related requirements of test.
