Analysis of construction process for retractable roof of Hangzhou Olympic Tennis Center

以杭州奥体网球中心项目为研究对象,采用MIDAS Gen软件进行了开合屋盖安装过程施工分析.主要内容包括:考虑施工过程影响的整个安装过程的施工仿真分析;固定屋盖悬挑端、关键设备节点、活动屋盖悬挑端、支座节点等关键节点的受力和变形分析;考虑合拢温度的合拢结构分析.通过监测结构关键控制节点的变形及应力并与理论分析结果进行对比分析,分析结果对施工方案的优化及实施提供可靠依据,为今后类似工程提供借鉴和参考.

Taking the project of Hangzhou Olympic Tennis Center as the research object,the construction process of the retractable roof was analyzed by MIDAS Gen software.Relative deformation of equipment and track under different installation schemes were studied.Construction simulation analysis of the whole installation process took the influence of loading path into consideration.Stress and deformation of key joints,such as the fixed roof end,the key equipment joint,the active roof overhanging end and the key control joint of support were analyzed.The closed structure considering closure temperature was analyzed.By comparing the deformation and stress of the key control joints of the structure with the theoretical analysis results,a reliable basis for the optimization and implementation of the construction scheme is provided.It provides a reference for similar projects in the future.
