摘要
目的:观察清热化湿法治疗登革热肌肉酸痛的临床疗效。方法:选取收治的85例登革热伴有肌肉酸痛的患者,将其随机分为2组。对照组42例予对症支持治疗,研究组43例在对照组治疗方案的基础上联合清热化湿法治疗,比较2组临床疗效、肌肉疼痛评分、肌酸激酶(CK)及乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的变化情况。结果:临床疗效总有效率研究组93.02%,对照组88.10%,2组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2组治愈率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组肌肉疼痛评分、CK、LDH均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组肌肉疼痛评分、CK、LDH均低于对照组,2组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用清热化湿法治疗登革热肌肉酸痛疗效良好,可缓解肌肉酸痛症状。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of heat-clearing and dampness-removing method on muscle pain due to dengue.Methods:A total of 85 cases with muscle pain due to dengue were randomly divided into two groups.Fortytwo patients in the control group received symptomatic supportive treatment,and forty-three patients in the study group was additionally given heat-clearing and dampness-removing method based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect and changes in the score of muscle pain,creatine kinase(CK)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of clinical effect was 93.02%in the study group and 88.10%in the control group,there being no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);There is significant difference in the comparison of the recovery rate between the two groups.After treatment,the score of muscle pain and levels of CK and LDH in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of muscle pain and levels of CK and LDH in the study group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Heat-clearing and dampness-removing method is effective to treat muscle pain due to dengue,which can relieve the symptoms of muscle pain.
