克银汤联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗银屑病临床研究

Curative Study of Keyin Tang Combined with Capotriol Ointment on Psoriasis

目的:观察克银汤联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗银屑病的临床疗效及对患者血清补体C3、人新饱食分子蛋白1(Nesfatin-1)水平的影响。方法:选取150例银屑病患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。对照组给予卡泊三醇软膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用克银汤治疗,2组均连续治疗6周。比较2组临床疗效,观察2组治疗前后皮损面积、银屑病皮损面积和严重程度指数(PASI)、角质层含水量、经表皮水分丢失量及血清补体C3、Nesfatin-1水平的变化。结果:治疗后,2组皮损面积均较治疗前缩小(P<0.05),PASI均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组皮损面积小于对照组(P<0.05),PASI低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组愈显率为77.33%,高于对照组的58.66%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组角质层含水量均较治疗前增加(P<0.05),经表皮水分丢失量均较治疗前减少(P<0.05);观察组角质层含水量大于对照组(P<0.05),经表皮水分丢失量少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清补体C3、Nesfatin-1水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组血清补体C3、Nesfatin-1水平均较对照组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论:克银汤联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗银屑病,可提高临床疗效,缩小皮损面积,增强皮肤屏障功能,提高血清补体C3、Nesfatin-1水平。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of the therapy of Keyin tang combined with capotriol ointment on psoriasis and its effect on the levels of serum complement C3 and Nesfatin-1.Methods:A total of 150 patients with psoriasis were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with capotriol ointment,and the observation group was additionally treated with Keyin tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for six weeks.The clinical effect in the two groups was compared.The changes of skin lesions area,Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI),water content in the cuticle,transepidermal water loss,and levels of serum complement C3 and Nesfatin-1 were observed beforeand after treatment in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the area of skin lesions in both groups was reduced when compared with that before treatment respectively(P<0.05),and PASI was decreased respectively(P<0.05).The area of skin lesions in observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the PASI in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The markedly effective rate was 77.33%in the observation group,higher than that of 58.66%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the water content in the cuticle in both groups was increased when compared with that before treatment respectively(P<0.05),and transepidermal water loss was decreased respectively(P<0.05).The water content in the cuticle in the observation group was larger than that in the control group,and transepidermal water loss was smaller(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of serum complement C3 and Nesfatin-1 in both groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the increase in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Keyin tang combined with capotriol ointment in the treatment of psoriasis can improve the clinical effect,reduce the skin lesion area,enhance the skin barrier function,and increase the levels of serum complement C3 and Nesfamin-1.
