如意黄金膏联合定点旋转拔伸手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床研究

Clinical Study on Ruyi Huangjin Ointment Combined with Fixed Point Rotation,Pulling and Extension Manipulation for Cervical Spondylopathy of Radiculopathy

目的:观察如意黄金膏联合定点旋转拔伸手法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取神经根型颈椎病患者126例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各63例。对照组给予定点旋转拔伸手法治疗,观察组在对照组基础使用如意黄金膏外敷。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果:观察组总有效率为95.24%,对照组为80.95%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组VAS评分、NDI指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分、NDI指数较治疗前降低,且观察组VAS评分、NDI指数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组SF-36量表各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组SF-36量表各项评分较治疗前升高,且观察组SF-36量表各项评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:如意黄金膏联合定点旋转拔伸手法治疗神经根型颈椎病临床疗效显著,可改善颈部疼痛及上肢放射痛程度,并提高患者生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Ruyi Huangjin ointment combined with manipulation of rotation,pulling and extension at fixed points on cervical spondylopathy of radiculopathy.Methods:A total of 126 cases with cervical spondylopathy of radiculopathy were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,63 cases in each group.The control group was given manipulation of rotation,pulling and extension at fixed points,and the observation group was additionally treated with external application of Ruyi Huangjin ointment based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect and the scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Neck Disability Index(NDI)and MOS Item Short from Health Survey(SF-36)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 95.24%in the observation group and 80.95%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significance in the comparison of VAS and NDI scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS and NDI scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the above two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the comparison of each score of SF-36 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,each score of SF-36 in the two groups was increased when compared with that before treatment,and each score of SF-36 scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Ruyi Huangjin ointment combined with manipulation of rotation,pulling and extension at fixed points has a significant clinical effect on the treatment of cervical spondylopathy of radiculopathy,which can improve the degree of neck pain and upper limb radiated pain,and enhance the quality of life of patients.
