中药汤剂口服联合灌肠治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻临床研究

Clinical Study of Oral Administration of Chinese Herbal Decoction Combined with Enema in Patients After Operation for Early Inflammatory Intestinal Obstruction

目的:观察中药汤剂口服联合灌肠治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:将120例住院治疗的术后早期炎性肠梗阻患者随机分成2组各60例。对照组予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上采用中药汤剂口服并给予保留灌肠治疗。2组治疗期间均给予相应护理干预。记录2组患者恢复排气时间、恢复排便时间、腹围恢复时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、恢复进食时间、24 h胃管引流量<400 mL时间及总住院时间;评价2组临床治疗效果及治疗安全性。结果:观察组恢复排气时间、恢复排便时间、腹围恢复时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、恢复进食时间、24 h胃管引流量<400 mL时间及总住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);临床疗效总有效率观察组96.67%,对照组88.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间无明显不良反应。结论:中药汤剂口服联合灌肠治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻可促进患者胃肠功能恢复,缩短住院时间。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of oral administration of Chinese herbal decoction combined with enema in patients after operation for early inflammatory intestinal obstruction.Methods:A total of 120 cases of hospitalized patients after operation for early inflammatory intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,and the observation group was additionally given oral administration of Chinese herbal decoction and enema with Chinese herbal medicine based on the treatment of the control group.During treatment,both groups were intervened with corresponding nursing.The recovery time of exhaust,defecation,abdominal perimeter,bowel sounds and intake,the time of gastric drainage within 24 hours which is less than 400 mL,and the total hospitalization time in the two groups were recorded.The clinical effect and the treatment safety in the two groups were evaluated.Results:The recovery time of exhaust,defecation,abdominal perimeter,bowel sounds and intake,the time of gastric drainage within 24 hours which is less than 400 mL,and the total hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of clinical effect was 96.67%in the observation group and 88.33%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).There was no obvious discomfort during treatment.Conclusion:The oral administration of Chinese herbal decoction combined with enema in patients after operation for early inflammatory intestinal obstruction can enhance the recovery of gastrointestinal function and shorten the hospitalization time.
