从“除痹十法”探讨岭南地区痛风性关节炎的诊疗策略

Discussion on Diagnosis and Treatment Strategy of Gouty Arthritis in Lingnan Area Based on“Ten Methods of Eliminating Impediment”

在中医理论指导下,探讨岭南地区痛风性关节炎的病因病机、临床分期、辨证分型及用药规律,总结出“除痹十法”,即内治六法(运、活、消、汗、利、泄)和外治四法(针、敷、冷、温),可为痛风性关节炎的临床诊疗提供参考。

Under the guidance of Chinese medicine theory,discusses the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical staging,syndrome differentiation typing,and medication rule of gouty arthritis in Lingnan area.Ten methods to eliminate impediment are summarized,including six methods of internal treatment(transporting,activating,eliminating,promoting sweating,draining,purging)and four methods of external treatment(needling,application,cooling method,warming method),which can provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of gouty arthritis.
