建筑产业转型升级背景下装配式建筑专业人才培养模式的实践研究——以湖南有色金属职业技术学院建筑专业为例

Practical Research on Talent Training Mode of Assembled Architecture Major under the Background of Transformation and Upgrading of Construction Industry——Taking the Architecture Major of Hunan Nonferrous Metals Vocational and Technical College as an Exam

建筑产业近年来一直在进行产业转型升级,建筑施工技术由传统的现浇结构施工技术调整为装配式建筑施工技术,在产业转型的过程中装配式建筑专业高技能人才的缺少成为制约建筑产业转型升级的主要因素之一。文章主要从建筑专业人才培养模式的设计理念出发,对装配式建筑专业人才职业岗位能力进行分析,并匹配对应能力的专业课程,参照国家建筑专业教学标准,立足湖南建筑产业,设定装配式建筑人才培养目标和培养规格,对建筑专业课程的内容与目标提出了明确的要求,并对实际的教学实施、教学方法及质量保障提出了可供参考的具体做法。

In recent years,the construction industry has been undergoing industrial transformation and upgrading,and the construction technology has been adjusted from the traditional cast-in-place structure construction technology to the assembled architecture technology.In the process of industrial transformation,the lack of highly skilled talents of assembled architecture type has become one of the main factors restricting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Starting from the design concept of the talent training mode of construction major,this paper analyzes the professional post ability of assembled architecture major and matches the major courses with corresponding ability.Referring to the national teaching standards of construction major and based on Hunan construction industry,it sets the training objectives and training specifications of assembled architecture talents,and puts forward clear requirements for the content and target of construction major courses.The practical teaching implementation,teaching methods and quality assurance are also put forward for reference.
