Construction of Specialty-Innovation Integration Practice Teaching Mode for Exhibition Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

专创融合一体化实践教学是高职会展专业培养创新型技术技能人才的根本途径。现阶段高职会展专业实践教学在教学目标、内容、方法、资源等方面存在问题。因此,提出基于三全育人以及泛专业化培养理念,构建适合高职会展专业的专创融合一体化实践教学模式,通过"会展+"人才培养方案制定、特色专业群建设、双创氛围营造、三教改革与探索、双创育人平台搭建、教师团队组建以及双创成果输出等措施,保障专创融合实践教学方案的实施。

Specialty-innovation integration practice teaching is the fundamental way to cultivate innovative technical talents in exhibition major of higher vocational colleges.At present,there are some problems in teaching objectives,contents,methods and resources of practice teaching for exhibition major in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,put forward the concepts of"three all-round education"and"genetic-specialization",and construct specialty-innovation integration practice teaching mode,which is suitable for exhibition major of higher vocational colleges.Measures such as"exhibition+"talent training program formulation,characteristic specialty group construction,innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere building,three all-round education reform and exploration,innovation and entrepreneurship education platform building,teacher team building and innovation and entrepreneurship results output are adopted to ensure the implementation of specialty-innovation integration practice teaching program.
