The international communications of the Communist Party of China(CPC)are an important part of the Party building and the CPC-led undertakings.Keeping pace with the times and innovating constantly have always been the attributes and features of the CPC’s international communications.In the era of revolutionary wars,the international communications aimed for winning widespread sympathy and support of the international progressive forces for the liberation struggle of the Chinese people.When it comes to the era of peaceful development,they are used to complement the overall state diplomacy,and facilitate the historical process for the People’s Republic of China to stand rock-firm in the family of nations.Since the reform and opening up,especially in the new era of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics,the CPC’s international communications and exchanges have displayed pioneering efforts and comprehensive innovation.They reveal the outstanding traits and essential attributes that the CPC and the Chinese nation are open-minded,the socialism with Chinese characteristics embraces all the achievements of human civilizations,and they are part of the world and in step with the times.Lots of fulfillments and experience have been achieved during this process.Nowadays,in the new situation with the profound changes unseen in a century keeping developing,the CPC’s international communications not only play a positive role in shaping the evolution of the political landscape of political parties in the world,but also constitute an important factor that influences the in-depth adjustment of international relations.
