胰岛素样生长因子与子宫内膜癌发生相关性的Meta分析

IGFs and endometrial cancer risk:a meta-analysis

目的通过Meta分析系统评价胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)与子宫内膜癌发病风险的关系,探析子宫内膜癌的危险因素,为临床诊疗子宫内膜癌提供参考依据。方法计算机检索Pubmed、Web of Science、EMBASE、万方、中国知网、维普等数据库及相关参考文献,检索时间为建库至2020年3月,根据制定的纳入/排除标准选择文献并进行质量评价,提取IGFs与子宫内膜癌发病风险相关的数据。应用Stata 12.0统计软件采用随机或固定效应模式对数据进行合并分析。结果共纳入7篇文献,1115例子宫内膜癌患者和1580例正常人群。合并分析结果显示IGF-1水平与子宫内膜癌的发生呈负相关[OR=0.77,95%CI(0.60,0.99),P=0.043],而IGF-2、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-1(IGFBP-1)及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-3(IGFBP-3)与子宫内膜癌的发生无关联[分别为OR=1.59,95%CI(0.50,5.06),P=0.428;OR=1.05,95%CI(0.59,1.89),P=0.864;OR=0.86,95%CI:(0.52,1.43),P=0.559]。结论IGFs家族中,IGF-1可能是子宫内膜癌的保护因素,但仍需更多前瞻性研究进行论证。

Objective:To evaluate the association between levels of insulin-like growth factors(IGFs)and risk of endometrial cancer through a meta-analysis,and analyze the risk factors of endometrial cancer for providing a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of endometrial cancer.Methods:The electronic databases such as Pubmed,Web of science,EMBASE,Wan Fang,CNKI,VIP and related references from inception to March 2020 were searched.Literatures were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,also quality assessment was carried out,then the data related to IGFs and risk of endometrial cancer were extracted.Stata12.0 statistical software was used to merge and analyze the data using a random or fixed-effect model.Results:Seven literatures with 1115 endometrial cancer patients and 1580 controls were selected.The combined analysis results showed that the level of IGF-1 were negatively correlated with the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma[OR=0.77,95%CI(0.60,0.99),P=0.043],while the IGF-2,IGFBP-1 and IGFBP-3 had no significantly associated with the occurrence of endometrial cancer[OR=1.59,95%CI(0.50,5.06),P=0.428;OR=1.05,95%CI(0.59,1.89),P=0.864;OR=0.86,95%CI(0.52,1.43),P=0.559,respectively].Conclusions:In IGFs families,IGF-1 may be the protective factors of endometrial cancer,but more prospective studies are needed to further confirm this result.
