宣幽汤合增液汤治疗阴虚燥热型慢性功能性便秘的临床价值研究

The clinical significance of Xuan-you decoction combined with Zeng-ye decoction in the treatment of Yin-deficiency and dryness-heat type of chronic functional constipation

目的研究宣幽汤合增液汤治疗阴虚燥热型慢性功能性便秘(Chronic functional constipation,CFC)的临床价值。方法收集本院2017年11月至2020年11月收治的阴虚燥热型CFC患者104例,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组50例(增液汤)与研究组54例(宣幽汤合增液汤)。比较两组临床疗效、症状量化积分、生活质量量表(PAC-QOL)评分、不良事件及复发情况。结果研究组治疗后总有效率94.44%,高于对照组的72.00%;治疗后,两组主症、出口症状、梗阻症状、全身症状量化积分及生活质量量表PAC-QOL评分均较治疗前下降,且研究组下降程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中均未发生不良事件。研究组复发率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宣幽汤合增液汤治疗阴虚燥热型CFC患者疗效显著,可有效改善主症、出口症状,提高患者生活质量,降低复发率。

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of Xuan-you decoction combined with Zeng-ye decoction in the treatment of Yin-deficiency and dryness-heat type of chronic functional constipation(CFC).Methods The clinical data of 104 patients with Yin-deficiency and dry heat type CFC who were admitted to our hospital from November 2017 to November 2020 were collected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group(n=50 treated with Zeng-ye decoction)and experiment group(n=54 treated with Xuan-you decoction combined with Zeng-ye decoction).The clinical efficacy,quantitative symptom scores,quality of life assessed by Constipation quality of life scale(PAC-QOL),adverse events,and recurrences between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate after treatment in the study group was 94.44%,which was higher than 72.00%in the control group.After treatment,the quantitative scores of the main symptoms,outlet symptoms,obstruction symptoms,systemic symptoms and the quality of life scale PAC-QOL scores of the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the decline in the experiment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were no adverse events during the treatment in the two groups.The recurrence rate in the experiment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuan-you decoction combined with Zeng-ye decoction in the treatment of Yin-deficiency and dryness-heat type of CFC are effective.It can effectively improve the main symptoms and exit symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients,and reduce the recurrence rate.
