血管性痴呆患者血浆同型半胱氨酸和巨噬细胞游走抑制因子的表达及与病情严重程度的相关性分析

Expressions of plasma homocysteine and macrophage migration inhibitory factors in patients with vascular dementia and their correlation with the severity of disease

目的分析血管性痴呆(vascular dementia,VD)患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和巨噬细胞游走抑制因子(macrophage migration inhibitory factor,MIF)的表达及与病情严重程度的相关性。方法我院临床确诊的113例血管性痴呆患者(VD组),同期健康体检者34例(健康组)及确诊脑血管病患者39例(非痴呆脑血管病组)。对比各组Hcy及MIF的变化及病情,以及VD组中不同病情严重程度者Hcy与MIF水平差异,分析Hcy、MIF的表达与病情的相关性。结果与健康组相比,VD组和非痴呆脑血管病组Hcy、MIF水平偏高,MMSE评分偏低,其中VD组Hcy、MIF水平最高,MMSE评分最低(P<0.05);VD组不同病情程度者Hcy、MIF表达水平比较,轻度组<中度组<重度组(P<0.05);血管性痴呆患者Hcy、MIF表达与MMSE评分呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论血管性痴呆患者Hcy、MIF的表达水平与疾病严重程度具有相关性,Hcy、MIF水平越高,患者病情越严重。

Objective To analyze the expressions of plasma homocysteine(Hcy)and macrophage migration inhibitory factors(MIF)in patients with vascular dementia(VD)and their correlation with the disease.Methods Clinical data of 113 VD patients(VD group)diagnosed in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.At the same time,34 patients with healthy physical examination results were selected as healthy group.Also,39 patients diagnosed as non-dementia cerebrovascular disease were selected as non-dementia cerebrovascular disease group.The changes of Hcy and MIF and the conditions of patients from each group,as well as the differences in the levels of Hcy and MIF in patients with different severitiesof the disease were compared.The correlation between the expressions of Hcy and MIF and the disease condition was analyzed.Results The levels of Hcyand MIFin the VD groupand the cerebrovascular disease group were significantly higher and the MMSE score was significantly lower than those in the healthy group.Among the three groups,the VD group had the highest HcyandMIF levels and the lowest MMSE score(P<0.05).The expression levels of Hcy and MIF in the patients with different severities in the VD groupwere as follows:mild group<moderate group<severe group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that the expressions of Hcy and MIF in VD patients were negatively correlated with MMSE score(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of Hcy and MIF in VD patients are related to the severity of the disease.The higher the levels of Hcy and MIF are,the more severe the patient's condition is.
