简短认知行为治疗对住院突发性聋患者负性情绪的疗效研究

The effect of simplified cognitive behavioral therapyin the treatment of negative emotion of patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss in hospital

目的探索简短认知行为治疗对住院突发性聋患者负性情绪的疗效。方法采集入院2小时内危机干预定式评估标准分值≥13分的突发性聋患者144例,随机分为对照组和试验组各72例,对照组实施常规治疗、护理,试验组根据Zung氏焦虑自评量表(SAS)、Zung氏抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分对患者负性情绪评估后,在常规治疗、护理同时给予简短认知行为治疗2周。比较两组治疗前后危机干预、SAS、SDS评分。结果两组患者治疗前入院2小时两组危机干预评分、SAS、SDS标准分值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗2周后,两组危机干预评分、SAS、SDS标准分值均低于干预前,且试验组评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后总有效率95.8%明显优于对照组86.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论简短认知行为治疗可有效改善住院突发性聋患者负性情绪。

Objective To explore the effect of simplified cognitive behavioral therapy(SCBT)in the treatment of negative emotions of patients with sudden sensorineural hearing loss in hospital.Methods One hundred and forty-four sudden deaf patients with a crisis intervention pre-assessment standard score≥13 points were collected within 2 hours upon admission.The patients were randomly divided into control and experimental groups,72 in each group.The control group was given routine treatment and nursing.The experimental group was given SCBT in addition to routine treatment and nursing for 2 weeks after assessing patients'negative emotions according to Zung's self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and Zung's self-rating depression scale(SDS).Crisis intervention,SAS and SDSscores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the standard scores of crisis intervention,SAS and SDS between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the standard scores of crisis intervention,SAS and SDS in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effect rate in the experimental group was 95.8%which was better than 86.1%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Simplified cognitive behavioral therapy can effectively improve the negative emotions of hospitalized patients with sudden deafness.
