摘要
目的探讨金嗓散结胶囊联合雾化吸入治疗声带息肉的临床疗效。方法选择2018年9月至2020年6月声带息肉患者78例,随机数字法分为试验组41例及对照组37例。对照组给予地塞米松磷酸钠等雾化吸入治疗,试验组给予金嗓散结胶囊联合雾化吸入治疗。治疗4周末,比较两组临床疗效、声带息肉组织炎性因子及相关生长因子表达。结果试验组有效率92.68%高于对照组75.68%,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。声带息肉组织白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血管内皮生长因子、转化生长因子-β1及碱性成纤维生长因子表达均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金嗓散结胶囊联合雾化吸入治疗有助于提高声带息肉患者临床疗效,可能与拮抗慢性炎症浸润、抑制相关生长因子表达等因素有关。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jin-sang-san-jie capsule combined with aerosol inhalation in the treatment of patients with polyp vocal cord(PVC).Methods Seventy-eight patients with PVC from September 2018 to June 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into experimental group(n=41)and control group(n=37)by using random number method.The control group was given dexamethasone sodium phosphate and aerosolized inhalation therapy.The experimental group was given Jin-sang-san-jie capsule combined with aerosol inhalation therapy.After 4 weeks of treatment,clinical efficacy,inflammatory factors and related growth factors were compared between two groups.Results The effective rate in the experimental group was 92.68%that was higher than 75.68%in the control group(P>0.05).The expressions of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin 1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in PVC tissue in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jin-sang-san-jie capsule combined with aerosol inhalation therapy can help to improve the clinical efficacy of patients with PVC.It may be related to factors such as antagonizing chronic inflammatory infiltration and inhibiting the expression of related growth factors.
